ABOUT ME – ENAMORED WITH PHOTOGRAPHY
Since graduating from Colorado State University with a degree in photojournalism, I have been enamored with photography. My goal was to work as a photojournalist because I am fascinated with the challenge of creating a single image from a moment in time that tells the story of an event. An image that needed no words for the viewer to understand what was happening and conveyed emotion.
Decades later, I am as motivated by that challenge as the day I first picked up my first 35mm camera. And the years I have spent covering news, sports, events and everything in between have formed the foundation of my photographic approach and style.
CREATING IMAGES WITH IMPACT & EMOTION
As a photojournalist, I learned how to talk to people and how to listen. I also learned how to assess (and access) any situation, how to find the best vantage point, and how to convey the emotion surrounding whatever I was shooting into a single image (or series of images) to tell a story.
Today, I strive to create images with impact and emotion, whether they are portraits of individuals or groups, beloved pets, events, meetings, live concerts or beautiful homes. I consider myself to be very fortunate to do what I love and to have the opportunity to make each of my clients delighted with their images and happy with their decision to entrust me with their project.
I named my business “Agile Imaging” because I pride myself on being flexible and versatile enough to photograph virtually any assignment that I’m given. I will work to earn your trust and always present myself in a professional manner. I can offer multi-photographer coverage for large events and work with like-minded shooters that are committed to my same level of excellence and professionalism.
Agile Imaging normally works on per-job quotes given the diversity of assignments and specific client needs. Once we have a chance to discuss your project, I will provide a custom quote for your review. The general rate for photography is $150 per hour with a two-hour minimum, but that can vary based on specific requirements and circumstances.
Our quote will include the actual shoot, post production photo processing, and delivery of high-resolution images via an easy-to-use web-based download platform. Usage and copyright terms will also be discussed and outlined in your proposal, so you get exactly what you need.
