Whether shooting for a homeowner, property management company, real estate company or architect or designer, my goal is to produce as many “money shots” as possible – the kind of images that motivate people to go see the home, choose to rent it on the spot, or simply say: “Wow.” Capturing important views from windows, the overall setting of the property, and the charm and architecture of the home are all critical to the art of property documentation.
